Who is responsible

CuponesUdemy is a directory of Udemy course coupons published by its operator. For any question about your data, write to the contact email shown in the page footer.

What we collect

Account: username, email address and password (stored only as a hash).
Newsletter: your email and the digest frequency you chose, with an unsubscribe link in every send.
Aggregated usage: coupon clicks (course, date and surface) to compute trending; they do not build a personal profile.
Minimal technical data on the outbound interstitial (referrer and user agent) to attribute the click to its course.

What we use it for

Maintaining your account and your "My courses" list.
Sending the digest of new courses only if you subscribed.
Measuring per-course interest in aggregate.
Handling account deletion requests.

Cookies

Only the essentials: an httpOnly cookie with your session token (only if you logged in), a CSRF anti-forgery cookie, and theme and language preferences. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Third parties

Coupons take you to Udemy, whose own privacy policy applies from that moment on. The digest is delivered through an SMTP provider and the site is hosted on a cloud provider; neither receives more than what is needed to operate the service. We never sell or hand over your data.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from the digest via the link in any email or from your subscription page, and you can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to us. If you use your account from an EU country, this policy is written in line with the GDPR.
